Toddler Stops Crying When She Hears Marvin Gaye’s ‘Let’s Get It On’

A one-year-old girl can’t get enough of Marvin Gaye’s song “Let’s Get It On”.

When little Brilynn hears the opening intro to the song, she immediately stops crying and starts smiling and bopping to the song.

Katherine Dees, Brilynn’s mum, shared a video clip on Facebook, which shows her eldest daughter, 11-year-old Kayden trying to comfort her baby sister, before the music comes on.

The moment the classic song is played, the toddler immediately becomes all smiles and bops to the tune.

The youngster became a fan of the song after hearing it on a TV commercial. Dees explained to Today, “It just happened to catch her attention a few times, and the more it came on the TV the more she loved it.”

The youngster loves music and will twirl to any songs, but this 1973 classic, will wake the toddler from a deep sleep.

Dees reportedly told Huffington Post, “this one is definitely her favorite. We always have music playing in the house so I’m sure that has contributed to her love for the art.”

The video of her daughter was shared 288 times. The mum couldn’t believe how popular it had become.

“It’s nice to see a ‘feel good’ story sometimes with all of the crazy scary bad things going on in the world,” Dees said. “But it’s definitely even cooler that it’s my baby’s video that is bringing smiles to people’s faces.”
